They will shortly begin placing For Sale signs on available properties in the coming days. Please watch their website and also look for signs around town.

Texas Communities Group is contracted with the City of Henrietta in order to inspect properties and send out notices regarding code violations within the city. If complaints are received such as; rubbish/trash, weeds/high grass, structures, ect. that are in violation, TCG will issue notices to the last known owner of property. If you receive a letter from them, please call the number listed on their letterhead and not city hall.
